Balance sheet for the fourth year of activity: 300.624 fr, provided for distressed children
In the course of 2018 Mission Bambini Switzerland donated 300,624 francs to children support projects, therefore increasing its allocation by 4% compared to the 288,287 francs donated in 2017.
Olympia Auctions for Mission Bambini Switzerland
On 22nd May, at the auction house Olympia Auctions based in London, the Asian art auction "European & Asian Works of Art" by Matthew Barton Ltd will be held with a lot of finely crafted Chinese celadon jades with bright colors coming from a private collection whose proceeds will be entirely donated to the Mission Bambini Switzerland Foundation. Over the centuries, the precious Chinese jade has been appreciated for its beauty and talismanic properties. The collection includes scepters, brush pots, teapots and cups, seals, necklaces, sculptures and bottles. The auction will take place at 12.00 on 22 May 2019.

In the course of 2017 Mission Bambini Switzerland donated 288,287 francs to children support projects, therefore increasing its allocation by 30,7% compared to the 222,000 francs donated in 2016.
Second balance sheet: 222.000 Swiss Francs donated for suffering children
In the course of 2016 Mission Bambini Switzerland donated 222,000 francs to children support projects, therefore increasing its allocation by 22% compared to the 180,786 francs donated in 2015. For more information »
Earthquake in Central Italy
Mission Bambini Foundation launched its campaign for the people affected by the 24 August earthquake in Central Italy. "We want to make our contribution – said Goffredo Modena, president of Mission Bambini Foundation – to let children start the new school year in September in the best possible way, given in this tragic incident". Gala Dinner to support Mission Bambini Switzerland
May 31st, 2016 - 7pm at the Hotel de la Paix in Lugano (Giuseppe Cattori 18 Street).
The Piedmontese cuisine of the Chef Federico Gallo from the “Locanda del Pilone” (Alba), Michelin’s star since 2003 in favour of Mission Bambini Switzerland. Together with the great participation of the Soprano and the Baritone from the Scala of Milan Theatre, Chiara Buttè and Giorgio Valerio, accompanied with the Quartetto Fauves.
During the evening it will be organized a charity auction of contemporary art, to support the projects: Intergenerational Park San Rocco in Morbio, and Children’s heart.
The evening will be realized thanks to the contribution of the sponsors: Gallerie Cortesi Lugano, GFO CH and BPS Suisse.
GIOCOLANDIA 2016 – 8° Edition
Mission Bambini will be participating at the itinerant event around Canton of Ticino “Giocolandia” : the volunteers will organize activities for the children, and also 50 cents of the entrance price (Giocolandia Daily-Pass) will be devolved to the Foundation’s charity, in order to donate a smile to whom is less lucky.

7th May 2016: TASIS WORKSHOP
This year Mission Bambini Switzerland, in collaboration with the artist Raoul Gilioli, will be participating in an artistic workshop at TASIS school in Montagnola (CH), involving part of the students, and in a final auction to present their final works. The purpose of the project is to involve the children, through the artistic expression, in a representation related to different themes regarding the economic inequality in the world, nutrition and the distribution of the resources.
The funds collected during the auction will be developed to the Mission Bambini Switzerland’s projects.
29 April 2015: SOS NEPAL
Mission Bambini Switzerland has decided to operate in collaboration with our local partner Apeiron, an association chosen for its long-term experience in Nepal, particularly in the Dhading district. Many organizations have already turned towards Kathmandu, but few towards the villages surrounding the capital. More than 2,000 families have been distributed food in 5 villages of the district. 8 January 2015: Mission Bambini Switzerland Foundation is born with offices in Lugano
Mission Bambini Italy has had supporters in Switzerland for a long time. For this reason , another Foundation has been opened with its own office in Switzerland, closer to its donors. Our activity is transparent and kept under the control of Swiss Federal Law and tax authority. Mission Bambini Foundation operates in Switzerland with an aim to activate new partnerships with other Foundations and Companies that put a particular focus on defending the Rights of the Child in their policies.
